I haven't received my order, is this normal?

We ship within 1 to 7 business days. Pods require careful inspection and packaging before shipping. Depending on the quantity, this can take 1 to 7 days excluding weekends and holidays.

I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?

Check your spam or contact us if you cannot find the confirmation email.

How are the pods delivered?

Vanilla pods are delivered vacuum-packed to preserve their freshness and quality.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order is not being prepared, contact us to cancel it.

What are the delivery times?

Typically, delivery takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

This can vary greatly, especially during promotional periods (Marketing Campaigns).
If your order is urgent, please do not hesitate to let us know by contacting us.

What are the delivery options?

We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:

  • Colissimo Collection Point: Pick up your order at a collection point near you.
  • Colissimo Home: Receive your order directly to your address.
  • Mondial Relay: Choose a Mondial Relay collection point to collect your order.

My package has been returned to sender, what should I do?

If a package is returned to us for reasons beyond our control, such as the temporary closure of the collection point you selected, we will refund the order less the shipping costs. It is important to note that the choice of collection point is the customer's responsibility.

As soon as the package is returned to us, the refund will be automatically processed. To receive your purchase, I invite you to place a new order, this time selecting an open and accessible collection point.
